Hear What Our Opponents Said Last Night

Wednesday, November 30, 2011

Last night, our three Republican opponents held their first debate. Instead of talking about advancing prosperity for working families, they chose to attack Keith and our progressive values.

Instead of proposing sensible strategies to get Americans back to work, we heard praise for extreme politicians like Newt Gingrich and Paul Ryan.

Instead of talking about ways that we can invest in our children’s future, we heard attacks on Pell Grants and calls to eliminate the Department of Education.

And instead of standing up for equality for all people, a familiar opponent continued labeling Keith as a “radical islamist” simply because of his faith.

Working families in the Fifth District and across America deserve better.

Keith has been standing up to radical Republicans and their extreme policies in Washington, but he needs your support to beat back our opponents’ attacks here in Minnesota.

Can we count on you to chip in $5 or more to help Keith continue standing up for working families?

To keep this campaign focused on the issues that matter, we need help from people like you who share Keith's belief in an America where everybody counts and everybody matters.

Last night was just the start of our opponents’ fight against working families. Your contribution of $5 or more will send a message that the work we do is about making our country great, not tearing it down.

Please stand with Keith and contribute today.
